i am looking for service desk/helpdesk roles in sydney, or other major cities.
have 10 yrs exp in helpdesk for IT, Telecoms and digi tv.
no quals as such but lots to give on experience.
pls help

Not sure about this area, but there are several BA and TA vacancies at David Jones at the moment and need people as soon as poss - look at their website for more info and contact details, always worth sending your CV!

Drop Steve Grace a line (contact via http://www.fprecruit.com.au) he's an expat and has a "Service Desk Officer" role. Contract but view to extend to perm....

My OH is going through his company to get work, they have several offices out there so admittedly its going to be easier for him, is this something you could consider?
