I've been looking for a recruitment agent which supports UK-based job seekers wishing to relocate to Aus. I've managed to find one for UK-based people looking for jobs in NZ, but no luck on the Aussie side of things.

Could anyone advise of an organisation that may be able to help inthe employment side of things. My best bet is on a sponsorship visa....

It probably depends on your profession. I am an accountant and I could list several agents who may be able to help in that field. I would also add that it is more likely to be the London office of an agent that would deal with sponsored jobs rather than an Australian one.
