job bargains!
I am looking for a change and was thinking of going for permanent role over contract roles...
Now the question is, what bargains are available when you deal with finanace part with the employer..
like
- Insurance,
- Different Leaves
etc etc
please let me know as I am not aware what can you bargain with the employer before taking in offer...

I imagine it would depend on the type of work. How much you want the job v how much they need you.
Hubby in IT went from Contract to Perm and the negotiated things.
I would make sure you have been offered a role before trying to bargain.

I am in IT...
assume things are on table to finalize, but human nature what more can be bargained...
