I think that closing all the transport is something of an over-reaction TBH. They will be grounding flights next. S |

Flights have already been diverted away from the CBD, apparently, due to suspicious packages in the Opera House and Kings cross hospital. They need clear space for the helicopters.
I've got a bad feeling about this. It's been building up and building up. I just hope Australia have a plan. I'm not sure whether to come up tomorrow now  |

If the terrorists make you change their plans, then they have won. Keep your life as normal as possible and don't let them control what you do.

Next what? It's a hostage situation. Which to my reckoning infers a criminal act. What has London to do with it? Or are you suggesting more sinister forces at work?
This isn't just an isolated incident, as I'm sure you know. This is a network of extremists with one aim, and that is to attack the western world. They might all be from different groups, different countries, per say but it isn't just about an isolated incident, the picture is bigger. I'm sure you know that. My husband works in London, Bond Street to be precise and they have had to have emergency drills the last few months in case the inevitable happens. And it will, it might not be today, or next week, but it will happen at some point. |
