investment opportunity
we are hopefully moving to adelaide, my rellies are in reynella but my uncle came over in the 60's on the £10 passage, my dad visited 10 years ago and prices in and around that area espicially glenelg were relativley cheap but my prediction for house price rises are o'sullivans beach as people in that area moved in the 60's are knocking on a bit and it will be an up and coming place to live
