Re: Instant Coffee
One thing I do admit to is the proper coffee in Aus is very good! My personal fave is Vittorias top range fresh ground one that comes in the black and gold tin. Expensive mind at over $20 a go!!
Mellow Birds? You gotta be joking i didnt think they still sold it.
If i have to have instant it has to be 2 heaped spoons of UK Nescafe coz Aussie one is crap

"I didn't think you could find Mellow Birds outside of the 1970s"
Which must mean that it'll be on sale in every Australian supermarket then?

Re: Instant Coffee
Tell me about it!
I'm a bit peed off as OH packed up my coffee maker and has it stored in the garage as we thought we were shipping it. Cant be bothered getting it all out again so stuck with instant till we get back to blighty.

Re: Instant Coffee
Robert Timms do some very nice coffee bags. Not as nice as 'proper' stuff but better than instant.

Re: Instant Coffee
I get them when we go camping because I can't take the coffee machine and instant is YUK!
