Question Installing phone sockets

My phone socket is in the kitchen and I would like to have it in the front room instead, so I can run my T box and my phone from there instead of my T box running wirelessly, I would also like a socket in my spare bedroom.

Does anyone have any rough idea as to the cost of this? I should imagine if I ask Telstra it will cost alot more, I have emailed one guy I found on the internet and am waiting for him to get back with a quote but would welcome any suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

My friendly electrician did mine for me. Is the house on stumps? If so, quite easy to run the wiring under the house.

I am aware that it can be mighty difficult to get an electrcian; we are fairly well off in that regard.

Hope this helps,

A.

That quote sounds reasonable to me, if it's for the complete job.

Whacko, hopefully that's it sorted for you.

I just need to install another rainwater tank now ...more digging in the garden (when it stops raining, perversely enough )
