Inflation In Australia!
Hi,
Australia is facing worst inflation these days, in currency, fuel prices, property prices, real estate etc. A single adult Australian passport now cost $193 without any priority processing.My Indian passport cost me $61 for 5 years which is cheaper and affordable option.
Any comments on this current issue of inflation.

The fee for a new adult 10-year passport is to increase by 29% from October, from £51 to £66. The Conservatives criticised the price rise and said the government was using it as a way of raising money for any future ID scheme.

Well I would pity anyone coming out here and thinking its cheap :scared:
Maybe its had its day as a destination for brits looking for cheap and sunny lifestyle, you might have hit the nail on the head there, so instead of india jokes, why not consider a move there, probably a right old bob or two to be made there or China. Dubais hot & sunny plenty of aussies trying to get out there.

Its as cheap as you make it.
If people forgot about the McMansion suburbia lifestyle and used their brains maybe they would feel the pince less.
My home costs me 1000 bucks a month, and we have a budget. I can sleep at nights.

Used my brain we rent a right shack
$290 a week Seriously tho, do most people up sticks, move to the other side of the world to have to scrimp and scrape. Most are moving out for the exact opposite reason, its the bigger house, pool, 4WD they WANT.
Suggest a $70,000 house with land in the outback and most would run a mile.
