Personally I love a nice kangaroo steak in red wine sauce, but if you want to get really distressed let me tell you that my father's (good ole Southern US boy) favourite meal is squirrel stew. adelaidegirl

roo tails are an aboriginal delicacy,I went to a remote Ozzie town called Fink and the local store had a freezer full of em.
They stick em in the ashes of a fire and chomp away like a big pepparami.
