An immigration question
My brother has just moved to Perth with his wife and kids to live. He is an air conditioning engineer, she is a hairdresser.
I'm in the process of becoming a primary school teacher and currently in my mid twenties. I'm single and live in England.
I quite like the idea of moving to Oz myself. Would the fact that I've got family already out there help any visa application that I may make in the future? In essence, what are my chances of getting in? This is all very speculative at the moment and I'm at least 3 to 4 years from being ready to go over.
Cheers

your question would be much better placed in the Australia & New Zealand Immigration forum
hope someone there can advise you on your chances
good luck!

just a thought you might consider, a working holiday visa might suit you well
it'll give you 2 years (i think it is now) to come and see if Australia is really for you
that's in a way what my wife and i did, though we hadn't thought we'd come back
have a look here for an overview
http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/work...iday/index.htm
should be relatively easy for you to get i would imagine
