gosh all this talk about moving to australia is really beginning to get to me. i hate the waiting and the not knowing if i will get my visa (spouse visa subclass 309), i worry about them not believing that my 6 year marriage is the genuine artical and then i worry about the job side of things and not having enough money. my oh has applied for RAAF but wont know for a few months. im a town planner and if the uk is anything to go by jobs i not as plentiful as they were. ahhhhhhhhhhhh its just getting on my nerves!!:curse:

All perfectly natural! You will find hundreds on here feeling the same.
Spouse visa's are normally very fast. My OH got a phone call 2 days after submitting! Also if you've been married 6 years I think you should get a subclass 100, not 309. Don't worry though its the same application.

thanks for your post, i know i am being silly. you know what the most annoying thing is? waiting for other people to fill out forms. it took the person to sign the photo for my police check three weeks to send it back!! i am sure it will go smoothly but this is it you know, australia or bust

If you have been married for 6 years, be sure to include evidence of at least 5 years being together ... that way, you're eligible for the permanent visa (subclass 100) and don't need to worry about being temporary.
