IELTS and Birth Certificate
Dear Friends,
I am planning to apply for skilled-independent migration. I am not claiming points on spouse skill.
Can I send IELTS results of my wife later?
I am having difficulty to collect my birth certificate. Can I send it also later so that my application to DIMIA will not be cancelled?
Thanks for your suggestions.
Best regards,
Gokul

Yes. Make your plans clear in a covering letter however.

You don't need a birth certificate to lodge a valid application. Include other proof
of age (eg copy of your passport pages).
They may ask for your birth certificate, however, later in the process.
