I have to stick my 5 eggs in here and say I agree with Billy; theres no defence for this kind of thing at all.
I had my college username/password hacked into years ago by a computer studies student - he used my username to hack into someone else's account and delete that persons degree coursework. I was threatened with expulsion from college, and I was only saved by the fact that I was so completely dumbfounded when interviewed, and so ignorant about the workings of computers! I can still hear the lecturer saying "She couldn't have done it, she hasn't a clue!" Its a despicable thing to do, and theres no excuse. I have no theories at all about how did it, but I hope that whoever it was has now been "dealt with" Pollyana (who still hasn't a clue, just makes it up as she goes along!):) |

Yeah, I think you are innocent until FOUND guilty which is a little different to proven. ***** I just looked it up and the term is infact correct, a court needs to prove that someone is guilty therefore they can be innocent until proven guilty. When the facts are proven they can then be FOUND guilty. You are innocent until found guilty but it has to be proven. !! |
