Anybody who can help me in finalizing my CDR for IEAUST assessment?
I'm done with my 3 career episodes and filled up Summary Statement of Competencies. But I don't know how to make the General Attributes Table.

Does it follow the pattern in Competency Elements also?

What should be the header of the colums on this last table (General Attributes) for Summary Statement?

Does anybody here could lead me to a link where I could find sample CDRs with Summary Statements?

Or if anybody here who has a kind heart to send me his/her CDR for pattern?

I would really appreciate it very much if you would reply to my questions...
