I just dont get it....!
Just tried to ring adelaide again...stayed up to do it...the message is still saying its shut...no operators available ring in office hours...it should be 9.30 in the morning now by my calculation...monday morning...
Boomerang...I'm sure you said the other day you'd rang them,what time did you do it and get an answer...please... I have til the end of the week to get hold of them before my credit cards expire...! Sent authorization notice on them, the 18th of December and cant get any joy by e mail...
Anybody thats managed to get through...what time did you do it...please...

It's Australia Day, public holiday, Mon 26th. Perhaps that's the prob?

yeah you do have the rite time............. they are an hour and a half off our time......... but like you have discovered its aussie day!!!!!
another late nite tomoz........... little tip tho as soon as the guy answers and you get the recorded message......... just press 0 it cuts all that out .............. if you then get though to another message saying all busy try again......... keep tryin ova and ova........some one else has got thro.......... i reckon they only have one line
