Hey guys, today i was granted my 820 visa after almost a year of applying for it which i was happy about however i never received my 801 aswell. I understand usually it's a two year process however my partner and i have been in a long term relationship therefore as stated when this is the case both visa's are granted at the same time. I even told my case officer in a cover letter in which they replied that since they were processing both visa's at once more information was required for my 801 Visa. Has anyone else experienced this or heard about it as i was wondering if you guys have any advice? Cheers

Hey, i posted on here hoping that some would have any email contacts as trying to find it online is a mission. I eventually found some after some searching which i'll include below. I Emailed immigration last Thursday and let them know, then this morning i was sent my 801 Permanent Residency Visa . I've heard of this happening in other forums, where people have had to chase up on it so i'm happy it got sorted and so fast aswell. I'll include the emails below just for any guys who get into a similar situation in the future

It was probably as simple as your case officer forgetting to click the second button.
