Human Resources/Personnel
Has anyone had experience of skills assessment in HR or Personnel? The VetAssess people say you need a degree for Personnel, and don't seem to recognise the CIPD qualification. The advice from an agent is not to bother with the Human Resources Manager assessment as AIM rarely approve it. Not sure where to go from here and wonder if anyone has found a way through it....
