We opened our HSBC OZ account HSBC Dubai and they charged 250 Dirhams = £100. This is because the branch then puts your request to HSBC International and they charge for aadministration

We received a customer service questionnaire from them, Where we complained about the aappalling service and got our 250 Dirhams refunded.
