Basic query: Separate your search terms with spaces to match all words.
Enclose the entire search string in parenthesis to search for any of the words.
Advanced query:
Words prefixed with + must be present in all posts returned.
Words prefixed with - must not be present returned posts.
Phrases enclosed in " matches only posts that contain this phrase literally.
Parentheses can be used to group words into subexpressions.
Example: +apple ("granny smith" cooking) -macintosh
Posts must contain apple along with either 'granny smith' or cooking,
but not macintosh.

Don't forget to also select just the "Australia & New Zealand" Forum, in the Search Options at the bottom, under "Search Forums".
Otherwise you will be searching all the forums, and that will increase the number of hits.
I just did a search of "school" and came up with 1,450 hits.
Then I did it just in the "Australia & New Zealand" Forum, and it found only 13 hits ?
