1 week, 2 views, 2 offers 2nd offer is dependant on their sale (estate agent said give them 1 week to sell) at full asking price.

Our first agent was absolutely awful, very few viewings and those they did get were obviously unsuitable for the property before they even walked in the house (i.e. an old lady who could hardly walk but we have steep stairs and a couple with 2 kids but its a small 2 bed terrace).

Our new agents were much better and since then we've had a number of offers, all have been at the right price but we've rejected those from people who have not sold. We're on our 3rd accepted offer and I think this one is actually going through but just in case we've got another buyer lined up (buyers like buses for both us and our buyer at present).

What has seemed very noticable around here is that buyers seem to be a bit like sheep, once one property goes under offer a number of others do in the next couple of weeks then it stops again for a couple of months until you get the next wave.

Blimey you are doing well, what part of Essex are you, because it is as slow as hell round here.
