He is on the MODl list, and we are not being sponsored by anyone, or any state, and no bond to be paid, we going in purely as we got enough points??!! Does that help you sort it out??

NO NO NO not complaining about the wait at all, complaining that we on a diet and cutting back the drink until medicals just wondering what the average time is for them to come through!! ONce they come through we can start eating and drinking again!! ha ha

sounds like a 136 MODL visa type, which is one of the quickest. have you got an agent? if so, just e-mail them, i did, and ask what visa type you are on.
if you are on the 136, they are really quick at the moment.

Just wondered, can you use the number you were given with the confirmation e-mail (of your visa being received) as a reference to use if you want to send your meds unrequested?
...and if people have sent meds unrequested (and applied for visa at ASPC) where did you send them to?

well ive got a good friend who submitted theirs mid september and had their medicals requested just before christmas. these are being done next week and hopefully sent off not long after. they should get their visa feb/march (without any unforseen problems of course). so probably 5 months from submitting (including the wait to get the medicals booked), but some are coming back sooner than that (and some longer than that of course).

Seems like you are MODL, which is quicker, jammy sod. I am non MODL and have been waiting 7 months for med requests. Unrequested meds should be sent to Adelaide from what I've been told. Do a search as it was asked earlier sometime today too.

Ours took 4 mths and 27 days all told. we are MODL 136 - skilled Independant.
