Approx. 15 months mostly good with only a little bad. Not had any overseas visitors yet but droves of them are arriving later this year :scared:

3 1/2 years in Auckland. Bit rocky to begin with but very settled now and here to stay untill youngest finishes high school...... then we'll see !

We have been here 2 yrs and 3 months now, few ups and downs, but nowdays there are more ups thankfully.
