Kitty Might be able to help you there,depending whereabouts you want to be on the sunshine coast.We stayed here http://www.casablanca.net.au/ on our reccie in April and they are just fab.They are right on Kings beach,Caloundra and We will definatly use them again,lovely people.Send me a pm if you'd any more info.Hope this helps RM |

Ta Nick We used a personal reference from an old friend who used to run his own business and now runs a pub. I got him to e-mail it to the agents. I also gave them a statement from the bank saying how much cash we had. They just want to know that you can afford to pay the rent for the term of the lease and if you aren't employed then this will do as proof. We were offered the lease on both of the houses we looked at. :) |

We paid 6 months rental up front.........Problem solved! :)
