The housing market in 2/3 years time - Crystal ball anyone?
Just wondering if anyone has any insight on the housing market in Oz? With interest rates likely to rise next month and anothe rise predicted for february and beyond that who knows....what could happen to the housing market?
I have a personal interest in Sydney and can already see that changes are starting to happen but am also interested in the country in general. Does anyone have any anecdotes, do you see it rising, falling, stagnating?

I see... I see... a cloud....floating... It is hi-gh above a house... WAIT! The house is crumbling... Be-ware!
The clouds return... I see space ships... I see us all in bubble domes... there are no houses.
Mind planet mercury is merging with the su-un. An old song is the key to luck.
At ho-me, remember the one who stays calm wins when op-in-ions clash. You turn restless fee-lings at work into a smart action plan. Luck visits a charity shop.
The clouds are fad-ing. More to come later...
Remember...Luck will call at door No9!

Sure glad we did 6.84 for 3 years. On our huge mortgage I really wanted some security in the beginning.
