Hi

I'm thinking of moving to Aus and have been looking at properties on APlaceInTheSun.com. Does anyone know what the rules are about buying in Aus as I only spend six months of the year there?

Well taking into consideration some of the characters on here there seems to be very little criteria

I just read the answer on your other thread, but it don`t look like they want you there as a non resident.
