House sold at last!
At last our house has been sold, 21st June we are out of here...Sydney here we come!

Super news!! this house selling business is a nightmare!! as i write i am waiting for a phone call from the estate agent to dicuss reducing the price of our property in order to try to shift it!! the market seems unbelievably dead to me but his advice would seem to be that if we don't pull out all the stops for the next six week period then it is back into the tradidionally slower time of the year!! house has been on the market since last october!! depressing isn't it? anyway well done to you and all the best with the rest of the Sidney plans!!

That is fantastic news and one giant hurdle out of the way!We have had our house on the market for the last two weeks and got an offer this morning! Fingers crossed that it doesn't all fall through. I am so looking forward to being in your shoes.

Congrats we are just starting to decorate so should be going on the market end of June, But after reading all the negative post`s of how the market is slowing down I`m not really looking forward to It. Any way all the best for the future.

our house has been on the market since april two offers
but turned them down as there was a big drop on the asking price. still waiting for the visa should get it next week or so

same here we got phone call today saying our house has been sold today. booked doree bonner removals today going to adelaide on the 25 july.
