Re: House sale good luck/prayers needed!!!
Well the estate agent called back yesterday. The veiwer (who stood there and said she really really liked the house - it's perfect for us) has gone away to weigh up her options - what the hell does that mean. She told us she could afford the £149,950.00 but we agreed we would accept £147,000.
She told us she used to live on a farm so she's obviously like most farmers - knows the value of everything but the price of nothing.
She also told us she was a cash buyer but that her estate agent reckoned her property would sell within 3 weeks???? Yeah right, like that's really gonna happen, and does she have a spare £150k sitting around
Thanks for the good wishes and karma, just got to hope she still wants it!!

Sorry to hear that the lady wasn't quite honest with you. Fingers crossed that if she wants it that much she will be able to sort extra finance out. We did when we saw this house, we wanted it so badly that we took a 2nd mortgage. Not sure how my dad managed to get it though, lol. Probably best not to ask about his dodgy deals, only kidding.
Good luck with the next stages.
