House sale agreed!!!ON OUR WAY!"!!!!!

Default House sale agreed!!!ON OUR WAY!"!!!!!
Well..House sale is now agreed with serious couple number 3..!!!

Cpl1-9k below asking!!
Cpl2-2k below asking then couldn't get the mortgage!
Cpl3-4k below asking but no agents involved thus saving us 3k!!....

They are renting and are happy to move on our date!!!....Solicitors are all in place and they have agreed mortgage!!....Now the real fun starts!!!!!!!

C you on sept 4th(ish)!!!!

did you not have to sign a contract with the estate agent stating that they get a cut regardless of who sells your house?

this is normal practice here.

Our Estate Agent only gets a cut if the buyer is found by them, if I find somebody who wants to buy I just take it off the market and pay only for the newspaper ad's

No..we found the buyer on sunday..estate agents time ran out on saturday* weeks)..so we don't gotta pay em sweet FA!!!!!!

we have signed a 6 month contract that gives them 1% plus VAT on any sale, regardless of who sells it.

shit i know but that is the way it is done.
