House prices, are they still rising?
Seems to me that since I have been looking (last 3mths or so) house prices in oz are still rising. I thought they were supposed to be levelling off?
Better not rise too much or we will have to get a bigger mortagage

Had ours valued the other day....same price as it was a year ago.
The agent reckons that it's levelled off here for the time being, but it'll start to rise at a more normal rate in 6 months or so.
