You're right I am

That £3mill is a bit cheaper than an average of some Sydney properties, but I can't quite remember the name of the Street, they took the average in

Example of property averages, as Brisbane is quoted as $300k

BIRKDALE (30 mins to Brisbane CBD, but just outside Brisbane Council area)
Property Price: $299,000
WALK TO TRAIN Great cul de sac location in walking distance to Birkdale station. Very neat three bedroom highset home with double car accomodation under. Huge covered entertainment area and fully fenced block.

Just on the market, as the details were just sent to me by the agent.

That demographia survey was only for US, Australia and Canada. Not sure where London would come.

There aren't many houses as such in Chelsea so that doesn't really surprise me. Unless they're saying that the overall average including apartments is GBP3m. Whatever the figure is I bet it's heading south at the moment...
