Hope it stays that way for the foreseeable future - we wont be on the market til end of summer at the earliest (all being well with TRA)....
Hello Bridie

More snow today - any down your way?

Our viewer on Thursday made us an offer close to asking price which we have accepted but this time we will NOT take it off the market until its done and dusted...... which reminds me, must get off here and get some decent clothes on - we have a further viewing at 3pm.

Regards

Jim

Hiya

This afternoon's viewing was quite positive - apparently they wanted to view when we were first up for sale at the back end of August but they were then put off by the "Sold STC" put on by our agent, which, of course, didn't then happen !!

At least we have one offer under our belts at the moment.

This is worse than all the visa business !!

Regards

Hi Jim,

Just playing catch up - great news on the offer - fingers crossed for the sale going smoothly this time.
