BTW I preferred the dancing spiderman too!!!!!!
Good luck with the house selling Fraser - my house went on the market on Friday and we had our 1st viewer last night - no word of any viewers tonight but have had a few kerb crawlers peering in from their cars!!!!!
Things seem a lot more straightforward with house selling in Scotland - the laws are totally different and there is far less risk of people pulling out and you don't have all the problems with chains.
