Very envious. Having taken months getting our designer to produce plans, we're now in the quote stage and face another 6-8 weeks of contract negotiation.....we want to build and be in!!!!! ARGH!

It looks great by the way. It must be SO exciting. We can't wait but can't help feeling like it'll never happen. Meanwhile we pay land mortgage and rent...........

ah gosh I hear you. The first stages you really believe it'll never happen, but it does Sleepless nights at the moment worrying about flooring, lights, decorating blahhhhh the list is endless. I still don't actually believe we'll have handover on the 23rd april. I'm assured we will, but I can't imagine us living there!
