Thanks

Hi mrspiggie,

I've moved your thread for you to our Australia forum. Can't help with your query but I"m sure someone will be along shortly who can give you some pointers.

Best of luck with your upcoming move and I hope you enjoy being part of our BE community

Not sure we have many active posters down there (though I might be proved wrong!!) What sort of questions do you have as people elsewhere may be able to help

Welcome to BE, by the way

Er, I might be confusing this one with the dog issue, but people keep horses outside in Australia...

Lord knows what you mean by that statement? Its answers like that that make me wonder why I bother.

I thought it was clear enough that all I was saying was that if she posted her questions, people in areas other than Ballarat might be able to help, as I'm not sure we have active posters there at present.

Now here's one for you Badge. My father and his 8 siblings slept on a mattress in the cellar whilst the pony was stabled at street level in the the house and mum and dad were upstairs.
My grandfather was a porter in the market. The pony and cart had priority.
Happy days eh?
No shoebox int middle of road quotes thank you.
