Hopefully moving to Perth WA !! 😃
Can anyone give us an idea of what income can be obtained for a plasterer with over 15 years experience ? Also, we will be renting a home initially. Does anyone have any tips for renting in Perth ? We have 3 young children so will be looking for a good amount of space for us all. Thanks in advance...

I found this info on pay awards in WA - https://www.commerce.wa.gov.au/labou...tion_Award.pdf
Perth can be very expensive, and I'm not sure which suburbs are cheaper and okay to live in - hopefully someone else will be along with some more info.

Do you already have a visa, or planning to get one?

The SOL is the Skilled Occupations List. If your occupation is on this list you could be eligible for a 189 visa if you have enough points, can pass the skills assessment, etc.
If an occupation is only on the CSOL (Consolidated Skilled Occupations List) you cannot apply for a 189, but with state sponsorship you could apply for 190 visa which is also a PR (Permanent Resident) visa
