Hoose Sold Subject To Survey!!!!!!
Can't beleive it...............after days of no shows, and oh not as rural as we would like.....just when i thought there was gonna be another no show..................people arrived and they loved the place..............put in a verbal offer last nite.....we accepted it this morning..............

New owners wanted the entry date do ne 3rd of May lol
Managed to agree on 28th May.........soooo that means I am homeless for the month of June

well we thot we would never accept the first offer....ok house was omly up for 3 weeks,had loads of no shows and i couldnt be arsed anymore....when a couple came along that loved my house and offered 5k over askin price i thot ok will do for us lol
tc and ur time will come xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
