Red face Hervey Bay

We are a family of 6 looking into a job in Hervey Bay (hospital). Kids are aged 4 - 9 years and love the outdoors. What is Hervey bay like for young families?

Thanks for the info. I have read all the other replies about it and it sounds like a great place to live. I just need to persuade the husband a bit more and hope he gets the job.

BTW what does he do? It is quite possible that he would have to look at places out of town like Maryborough etc as well.

Thanks for that - I had noticed that job on Friday via seek.com.au
I've got a bit of work to do yet in persuading OH to apply for his job - closing date 4th August. Are there regular physio opportunities in the area? I've done paediatrics for the last 10 years with the bias being acute respiratory. I am due to move to frail elderly in the next few weeks due to the current job crisis within the NHS - I am seeing it as another string to the bow!
Thanks for the info
