Here we go, Here we go, Here we go!!!!!
Yippppppppppeeeeeeee!!!! 
We were notified this morning by email from our case officer that we now hold "PERMANENT RESIDENT VISAS!!!!"
What a wonderful feeling to be in this new group of - we've got our visas.
But I would also like to say to all the people who are in the process or just starting don't ever give up hope! This process has took us 18 months and at every step a hurdle( some quite high!!)
has been thrown at us. Some times we could have given up, but in the end held on to our dream & made it.
So good luck to all you out there and to all you Gold Coast people See you before October 24th 2005!

I would love to keep in contact - we sent off our application on 10th January and are currently waiting to here re medicals etc.
We aim to go to the Gold Coast where I have family in Runaway Bay and Parkinson.
