I bought a replacement head for my cleaner and it broke in a couple of days. Barstards wouldn't replace it.

Yes, you can get them from Godfrey (sometimes you have to ask them to order them in) but I shipped mine stuffed full of the non-branded bags which you can get at Wilkinson/Teso/Asda which are cheaper than Numatic own brand

This is interesting as we were told by the guy who came around for the initial shipping quote don't take the vacuum, due to the dust and dirt, it will not pass through AQIS so my beloved Dyson went to the tip!

We took the vacuum but dumped the filters.
