help wots this?
can anyone tell me what this is we r looking at buying a plot of land in north lakes and this is on the front of the land .i asked a couple of buliders who were knocking about and they had no idea 
if anyone knows then can they tell me would this lower the price of the land

Hi,
Hubby reckons its a telecoms junction box, where all the cables come in etc.
He's a chippy building houses here, hope this helps

excuse this but will it always be that big or will they down size it when i build a house ? or can it b moved completely
