Default Help with TRA - Engineering - Fitter

Hi Everyone, Im new to the forum and just wanted to say hi, this is a great site which we have found very helpful.

We have just started the process of applying for OZ and have just got the paperwork back for the TRA. My partner is going for a skilled visa as an Engineer - fitter can anyone please tell me just how detailed the references have to be from your employers past and present, and what are they actually looking for when you need to write up your history on all the tools and machinery he's used, hes been in the industry for 17 years and you can imagine hes used quite a lot of tools, any help would be greatly appreciated.

If there are any engineer fitters out there who are in the process of applying it would be great to hear from you.
