Default Help!! RRV

Have posted a thread on immi forum......am panicking! We moved out on a 137 stni to Melb on 2nd August this yr. My 17 yr old flew out to validate, then returned to complete her studies. She is coming out at xmas. Does she need a residents return visa or will she be ok with the visa in her passport. Any suggestions much appreciated.

if she's validated and it's been less than 5 years she should be fine with the visa stamp. as far as I'm aware an rrv is only needed after the 5 years if you haven't got citizenship

That's correct. Sounds like she should be OK.
