Help Rent in Melbourne Jan'08

Question Help Rent in Melbourne Jan'08
Can anyone help, just exchange contracts and will be going out to Melbourne in January 08. I know its summer season and is it going to hard to get a short term rent?, and can any expats recommend something for a young family. I have heard the Bayside? Not booked flights, anything due to worrying about my buyer
