We have had so much trouble with our application and now my hubbie has sent it special delivery to arrive before noon on Monday ,which of course is Australia day and the office in London is closed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!
Is it likely at all anyone will be there who can sign it or will we have to wait two weeks for it to be returned to our agent ??(you would have thought our agent would have known this and stopped him ).

You'd have thought there would be a porter/security guard type person there tho' - you might be OK.

I take it you sent it Royal Mail special delivery. I used to work for RM and if a building/office is closed then it will be delivered at the next available time.
It is very unlikely to be sent back so I shouldn't worry too much.
It should be delivered as soon as the office reopens.

Thankyou to Pollester and Gravyman !!!!!!!!!!!
Luckily our agent spotted the mistake and have sent it today instead .
So now begins the waiting but at least I know as of tommorrow it will be in the right place (fingers crossed)
