We are looking for some quick help if anyone can give it, our rental house has fallen through last night after we arrived yesterday in erth and we need a home! It needs to be furnished and close to the city please. Its for 2 adults and 2kids, please reply asap if you can help. I will post all the story when I am not so frantic!

Have a look on www.realestate.com.au in the rental section, there's heaps of 2 or 3 bed furnished apts in and around the city for rent, check out Mounts Bay apartments for a short term stop gap.
I dont think you'll find to many houses around that are furnished and sitting empty im afraid.

we can probably help out with a house in Mount Lawley, i would just need to check out with the owners how quickly they could have it ready, ie get the beds made up etc. Its a 4 bed 2 bath home, walking distance to most things nicely furnished etc......

Thanks all of you for your help. We are now safely moved in to cedar cottage thanks to Suzette and Will. I can definately say that its lovely and the hospitality is excellent, if your looking for a place for holidays or to start off I would recommend it here.
