He's okay. The fracture he got on day one was healing, but when he lifted his bag, he actually cracked (rather than fractured) the collar bone. He is a fair amount of pain, but he'll live!
With regard to costs, the woman at reception told him he would have to pay, as Scotland isn't in the UK!!
It took a doctor and 2 nurses to convince her that it was in the UK, hence why he had a British passport!

Laughing at the Scotland bit, not that he is in pain
Hope he is feeling better soon but as he is young & presumably otherwise healthy, he should heal pretty quickly!
