Basically you must have a positive skills assessment before you can apply for a visa.

Plumber and fridge air con, both skills in demand.

Plumber is (vetassess)

Air Con is (Tra) worth more points than plumber

Hi Roy, my hubby is a plumber and we are doing TRA not vetasses. Being a plumber is worth 60 points and is a skill in demand. Hope this helps Lol

You are very lucky!

my brothers are both aircon/fridge engineers and have flown through the application process.

One has been in Perth now for 2 years and is inundated with work. I can prob get some addresses from him if you want.

My other brother has his visa and is selling his house. Tells me he's had loads of job offers in Brisbane.

aircon is the way to go.
