hi i am almost through the visa process and now my OH pals wants to go aswell i have added up his points he is 35y painter and decorator native english speaker bn in his job over 4years can put up the capital bond which according to my calculations gives him 115 points which is 5 short of a 136 can anyone help out looks like he will need to apply on a 134 any other 134 painter decorators out there that can offer advice on how this visa works.
