For some unknown reason my reply did not appear so here goes again. We are looking at Adelaide, Brisbane, NSW. Partner is in building services (has a Beng) but from our discussions at the London Expo (which was crap) we were informed that his kind of work is not readily available.
I am a nurse (who needs to watch her typing skills!) and I love my Job in the UK so OZ would need to be amazing in order for me to consider moving. We will find out in March 2011.

Have you decided on any of the areas you mentioned for your holiday next year or are you going to try and cram them all in? We were over for three weeks in 2007 and managed to see Cairns, a bit of Melbourne and Sydney as well as spend time with family...and decided on Sydney

I am trying to cram it all in- even our wedding on whitehaven beach. Oh and this will be my first longhaul flight! So looking forward to it and the wedding of course. Thanks for the welcome

We went over again last year to validate the visas and hav a look about some areas in Sydney. We ended up drinking quite a lot instead....
