Hello, I have been joined this forumn for years so muc so that I have completed my nurse training and have over a years experience! And today I notcied an email in my inbox on this forumn dated 2005 and I finally replied.

Hope to catch up with you all regarding Australia, headin over in March for 4 week holiday to see if we like it.

Would you believe me if i said it was just a typo error? And sure now as long as the first and last letter are the same its readable- look up the research on it by cambridge.

Holiday first and looking at Adelaide, Brisbane and NSW. We are not brave enough to just head over and leave our jobs!

For some unknown reason my reply did not appear so here goes again. We are looking at Adelaide, Brisbane, NSW. Partner is in building services (has a Beng) but from our discussions at the London Expo (which was crap) we were informed that his kind of work is not readily available.

I am a nurse (who needs to watch her typing skills!) and I love my Job in the UK so OZ would need to be amazing in order for me to consider moving. We will find out in March 2011.

Hi Lisa, welcome to BE!

Have you decided on any of the areas you mentioned for your holiday next year or are you going to try and cram them all in? We were over for three weeks in 2007 and managed to see Cairns, a bit of Melbourne and Sydney as well as spend time with family...and decided on Sydney :D

Yes I have seen that sentence with all the wrods (sic) mispelt......and I have a good sense of humour, did you not note the big laugh at the end of my statement!!

Nurses could probably find ample work almost anywhere in Australia. I know several here. For building services you may wish to consider Melbourne which currently has the most building starts in the country.
